Letter to the Parents
With reed in hand, John, the beloved disciple, pens the words, “God is love.” (1 John 4:8) The one who knows God in the Flesh knows how to define Him. The infinitely complex becomes profoundly simple. God is Love.
A truth that takes my breath begs to be shared. Love chose to not only create us, but to create us in His image. (Genesis 1:26) Love created us to be love.
As people placed in the lives of children, God aches for us to be who He created us to be. Love. We are the ones the children are watching.
Every moment of every day matters.
Here’s a thought to think about: Today, in this moment given to me by the Creator of the Universe, how can I be love?
Thank You, Lord God for Your abundant blessings. Increase my faith, Lord God. Be my strength when I am weak. Let my eyes see Your love; let my mouth, my hands, and my feet be Your love. Bless and protect Your children, Lord Jesus. We adore You, O Christ, now and forever. Amen.
